1. Who we are
Elasite (https://www.elasite.com) is operated by Ioannis Athanasopoulos tou Georgiou, a sole trader registered in Greece (AFM / tax ID: 178684955).
We sell website-building, hosting, and related booking tools primarily to business customers (B2B) in Greece and Finland.
Contact: info@elasite.com
2. Packages
Current packages (details and prices on the website pricing page):
- Auto: self-serve / automated website generation from your business listing data.
- Standard / Premium: we build a tailored site after payment.
- Pro Max: custom / enterprise scope agreed separately.
- Booking: appointment booking for clinics and practices (healthcare and related professionals).
Prices differ by market (Greece vs Finland) and are shown at checkout. For qualifying EU cross-border B2B sales, the reverse-charge VAT mechanism may apply when you provide a valid VAT ID.
3. What you purchase
- One-time build fee for the chosen package.
- Monthly hosting & support (and, for Booking, included reminder messaging within the monthly plan) — no annual contract; cancellable anytime (see §6).
- Initial checkout typically charges the build fee plus the first month; later months renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Payment & VAT
- Card payments are processed by Viva Payments. We do not store full card numbers.
- EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID may receive reverse-charge invoices. Domestic Greek and Finnish VAT treatment follows applicable rules and is shown on your invoice.
5. Delivery & revisions
- Auto: target delivery shortly after successful payment.
- Standard / Premium / Pro Max / Booking: timeline as communicated after purchase.
- Website build price includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Further changes are billed hourly after we confirm rates.
6. Hosting cancellation
Cancel monthly hosting anytime by emailing info@elasite.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. There is no annual lock-in. Unused days in the current period are not prorated unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Site, domain & content if hosting ends
- Content: you own content you supply (text, logos, photos).
- Domain: if registered in your name, you remain the registrant. Domains we manage for you can be transferred on request after outstanding fees are settled.
- After hosting ends, the live site on our infrastructure may be taken offline. We may keep a backup for up to 30 days for recovery, then delete it. On request within that window we can provide an HTML/export hand-off of the site files we hold.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact details.
- You own or have rights to content you ask us to publish.
- No illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
- Keep account credentials secure.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elasite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amounts you paid us for that purchase in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. wilful misconduct).
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory EU rules for cross-border B2B contracts.
Parties will first try to resolve disputes via info@elasite.com. Failing that, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Related policies
See our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Build-fee refunds: typically 7 days — details on the Refund Policy page.
